Marinated Whitefish

Ingredients
5.5 oz Whitefish, filet0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 tbsp Parsley1.0 tsp Dill weed, driedSalt and pepper
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in zipper bag. 2. Refrigerate and marinate overnight. 3. When ready to cook, heat frying pan and place fish in to sear briefly to brown. 4. Place in 450° oven on middle rack for 15-20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily. 5. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges*. *Not included in calorie count.
