Gumbo, shrimp and sausage

12 oz Pork and Venison Sausage 18 oz Shrimp, raw 16 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped 1 serving Bell Pepper, Green - 1 cup chopped (by MOSBOURNE) 1 serving Celery 1 cup chopped or 3 stalks (by TYPINGIT) 1 serving Green Onion (1/2 cup chopped) (by TXIVY10) 1 tsp. Cajun season1/2 tsp. Dried thyme2 cup slices Okra 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes
Slice and brown sausage. Set aside. Sauté fresh vegetables. Place in large pot. Add 1 tap. Cajun seasoning and 1/2 tsp. dried thyme. Simmer 30 minutes. Add 2 cups of frozen okra and shrimp. Return to simmer. Simmer about 15 minutes or until shrimp is cooked. Serve.
