Ingredients
36.0 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw3.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
Directions
Heat oven to 350 deg. Brown turkey burger Add onion, garlic and sweet pepper to turkey and cook until veges soft. Drain turkey mix Peel and Veggetti 1 medium sweet potato into small ribbons. Spray a muffin pan (2 - 12 muffin pans) with non-stick spray or extra virgin olive oil. Place 3-4 spinach leaves in each cup Place equal amount of sweet potatoe in each cup. In a large bowl, Mix 6 eggs and 12 egg whites (full carton). Add sea salt and pepper to taste. Add turkey/vege mix to eggs and mix thoroughly. Using a 1/3 measuring cup, scoop egg mixture into each cup. Bake for 25 min.
