RICE-OVEN FRIED

Ingredients
2 cup brown rice--raw4 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp onion soup mix--dry1 cup mushrooms-fresh sliced4 cup water1/3 cup soya sauce--lite1/2 cup green pepper--chopped1-10oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
Directions
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Put all ingredients into pan, mix well and cover. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Don't peek. This needs the steam to cook the rice.
