Sweet Chili Lime Brussels Sprouts

2 cloves Garlic 3 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice 340 grams Brussels sprouts, fresh 2 serving VH, Thai Market, Spicy Thai Chili Sauce (2 tbsp/serving) (by CADMENTR) 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Trim and wash sprouts, then cut in half.
Add oil to a large skillet over med-hi heat.
Sauté garlic until fragrant then add sprouts and cook until lightly browned.
Add Spicy Thai Chili sauce, lime juice and water and cook until tender and nicely caramelised.
Serve.
Serving Size: Makes approximately two 1-cup servings
