tuna curry

Ingredients
8 oz StarKist Chunk Light Tuna in Water (5 oz can = 4 oz tuna) .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers) 2 tbsp Butter, salted 24 grams Flour, white 1 can (10.5 oz) Soup, beef broth bouillon and consomme, canned, condensed, commercial 1 tsp Curry powder .5 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Saute onion and pepper in butter. Add flour and cook till light brown. Add broth and cook till thick. Add curry, black pepper and worcestershire. Add drained tuna and cook 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
