53.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck1.5 large Zucchini, baby74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw0.5 large Onions, raw3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tbsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Oregano, ground1.0 tbsp Parsley, dried
Grate zucchini. Mix all ingredients together and put in square baking dish. Bake at 350°f until done and browned on top.
