Low fat mini chicken enchiladas

Ingredients
3 serving Tortilla, Fresh & Easy Mini Corn (by WILDMAN5427) 4 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 serving Cheese Mozzarella Stick - Low Fat Sargento's 0.34 cup Sauce - Green Chile Enchilada Sauce - Las Palmas (by LCWP2000) .34 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tsp Bacon grease
Directions
Grill chicken, mix in sauce, onion, cheese. Heat tortillas to soften, then dunk in sauce. Put a spoonful of chicken mixture into each tortilla and fold over. Sprinkle with more sauce and cheese. Bake 10-15 minutes.
