Ingredients
3.0 cup, cubes Sweet potato0.5 cup Maple Syrup2.0 tbsp Almond Butter2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.5 tsp Allspice0.25 tsp Salt1.0 tbsp Orange Peel0.5 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
Directions
1) Put all ingredients except coconut milk into a food processor and puree until smooth. 2) Add coconut milk gradually until incorporated. 3) Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for one hour before serving.
