Bacon Roasted Chicken

4 Great Value Boneless skinless chicken breast 3 tsp Adobo Seasoning 8 slices Corn King Hardwood Smoked Bacon1 lb Little yellow fleshed potatoee1/2 medium Onions, diced1 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 1 tbsp Basil 3 tsp Lawry's Garlic Pepper 2 cup, chopped Carrots, raw
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray large casserole dish.
Wrap each chicken breast in 2 slices of bacon, trying to cover as much of the chicken as possible.
Place the wrapped chicken in the casserole dish. Sprinkle the onion over the chicken. Sprinkle carrots over the onion. Push potatoes down into the spaces between the chicken and the edge of the dish.
In a small bowl mix together chives, basil, garlic pepper, adobo seasoning in a small bowl and sprinkle seasoning mix over the potatoes and chicken
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, until the bacon is crisp Add the carrots and potatoes are finished cooking.;
