0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup Orange Juice 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 prune Prunes, dried 10 berries Blueberries, fresh 0.05 medium canteloupe (rockemelon) 3.5 oz *Pom Wonderful Pomegranate Juice
Directions
