Rosemary Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup light ranch dressing1.5 tbsp worcestershire sauce1/2 tbsp rosemary1 tsp salt1/2 tsp lemon juice1/2 tsp white vinegarpinch black pepper
Directions
Place chicken in a baking dish, set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour over chicken, cover and refrigerate for 30 min. Preheat oven to 350. Bake chicken, uncovered, for 30-45 min or till juices run clear.

    I already wrote a review (that is somehow not here) and I gave it a lower rating saying that it wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked. Well, I had a lot leftover the next day and it tasted better! My mother thought so too. So, for this reason I may try it again. ;-) - 11/13/08
