16 oz Italian Sausage, Bulk (by LDERSCH) 224 grams Mushrooms, fresh (8 oz)4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 76 gram rao's pizza sauce (by DOXBOX) .25 tsp Garlic powder .5 tsp McCoringmick's Italian Season (by GRACELANDII) 100 grams Pepperoni (3.5 oz)2 oz Green bell pepper (chopped)8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk (shredded)1 oz Red Onion (slivered)
1) preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Brown sausage with the mushrooms. Drain grease
3) Whisk eggs, cream, pizza sauce and seasonings together in a bowl.
4) Grease a 9"x 9" pan.
5) Mix the sausage/mushroom, green peppers, 3/4 of the Mozzerella cheese and eggs mixture together and pour into pan. Put pepperoni and onions on top. Cover with remaining cheese.
6) Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 6 serving out of a 9"x 9" pan
