16.0 oz Coconut Water (Zico) 11oz1.0 cup ice1.0 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh0.21 oz Walnuts0.5 serving Dates (Sun Date California Pitted; 5-6 dates)
Directions
add frozen banana, coconut water, 3 walnuts, and 2-3 dates, 1 cup ice to blender and blend on high for 2 minutes. Pour into 1 liter Nalgene container.
