Ingredients
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup Spinach, fresh0.5 serving Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano4.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2.0 serving Black Olives, Black Pearls, medium pitted, 5 olives
Directions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Chop olives, onions, and spinach. Sautee onions until translucent. Add diced tomatoes, olives, and spinach. In a bowl, season ground turkey with whatever seasonings you like. Add turkey to skillet and cook until browned. Remove from heat and drain, if necessary. Serve with rice, pasta, cooked beans, etc. Serving Size: .75
