Green stuffed peppers with black beans

Ingredients
19.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean1.0 cup Great Value Instant Brown Rice - 1 cup cooked (1/2 cup - 43g dry rice)4.0 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)2.0 cup Tomato Sauce6.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce3.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.5 cup Beans, black
Directions
Mix turkey, onion, worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce 1 can, can of black beans cook together. Boil water 1 cup and when it's boiling put in .5 cups of brown rice cook for 20 minutes. Add rice to mixture then put filling into each pepper evenly. Then spoon the rest of the tomato sauce on top of each.
