nope, this is bland, has no bark and it is not as it says and can't possibly feed 6. Then it doesn't even taste like orange marinaded ribs. This is the best and nicest I can be. I am a BBQ pit-master, even competing and winning on Baele ST. Memphis, TN. By the way, where is the five-spice seasoning, - 3/5/21

I was starting to make this and my package of ribs was 3 pounds which was not a huge package and I made the whole package. I would not make this again. There was no salt or pepper and I assume that was because of soy sauce and this never got thick - 1/10/21

8 servings out of one pound of meat? as in 2 ounce servings including bone? This is wrong. A serving of meat is generally 3 ounces. - 10/20/19

Very tender but the orange flavor cooked out so they came out very plain. Not bad though. - 5/31/09

These were so tender and tangy. When I saw the recipe and it called for marmalade, I was like gross. But it was great, tasted just like something from a Chinese restruant. - 3/31/09

I made this, but I didn't have ribs so I used a pork roast.Did not have the time to use the slow-cooker for six hours so I did it as a normal roast and used the sauce as a glaze.Very nice.Would use more garlic&soy sauce next time, would also add Tabasco. - 6/22/08
