Fresh Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
4 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1.5 cup Leeks 6 clove Garlic 1 tbsp Olive Oil 4 fl oz Red Wine 4 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium 1 serving Salt & Pepper to taste (by ANJIEALLEN) 6 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
Heat oil over medium heat. Add onions , stir and cook until translucent. Add chopped leeks and continue to stir until wilted. Add chopped garlic . Stir and cook until garlic begins to turn golden. Add wine and simmer a few minute to build flavors. Add mushrooms and beef broth. Season with salt, pepper and any herbs that you like to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and transfer to container and refrigerate at least 2 hours to develop rich flavor. Reheat and serve.
