Ingredients
1 Large Green Bell Pepper 1 Large Red Bell Pepper1 large Onions, raw 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cup in small pieces 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Adobo season packet, salt and pepper6 oz LandOLakes low sodium American cheese (1slice per sandwich)6 Sandwich Rolls
Directions
Cook vegetables in olive oil. Add chicken and season to taste. Assemble sandwiches laying cheese down first to help with melting.
