Ingredients
Chipotle Marinade:Sherry, dry, 1.5 fl. oz Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp Garlic, 2 cloves Salt, .5 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2/3 cup2 canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce2 tbsp adobo sauce from the canBlack pepper to tasteTilapia, 6, 4oz
Directions
1.Place tilapia in a ziploc bag
2. Combined all the other ingredients
3. Pour over the tilapia
4. Remove fish from marinade, discard the remaining. Grill until the fish is opaque, about 4-5 mins per side.
