Ingredients
1.0 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw3.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh4.0 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato12.0 serving Aldi's Fit & Active Turkey Bacon (1 slice)12.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Whip eggs. Bake turkey bacon in oven. Cut and dice vegetables. Season and pour eggs into casserole dish. Add crumbled turkey baco.n. Mix diced vegetables and sprinkle over egg mixture. Next sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in oven for 20 to 30 minutes ( 375 degrees ). Serving Size: Makes 16 servings
