Ingredients
12 tbsp Alber's Yellow Corn Meal 1.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 12 tsp Splenda 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) .25 cup Olive Oil 2 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Salt .25 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Add all wet ingredients; stir to blend. Add chilis. Bake 25 min at 400 in a greased 8x9 pan.
