Ingredients
24 oz Chicken, Costco Rotisserie Chicken (3oz/85gm) 4 tbsp Butter, salted 16 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese 9 oz Kirkland, Extra Lean Ham, (1 slice) 7 oz Swiss Cheese 4 fl oz White Wine
Directions
1. Debone and deskin chicken thighs using kitchen shears
2. Chop about 12 oz ham into cubes and sqeeze any excess water out.
3. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and mix together well.
4.cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4.
