Ingredients
3 serving Egg - Large (1 egg) 1.5 cup Goat Milk .25 cup Granulated Sugar .12 tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, put in 4 buttered custard cups. Heat water bath to warm, add custard cups, fill with custard mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake until set. Approximately 30 - 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
