Frittata - ham & cheese

Ingredients
6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 serving Egg white, large 7 oz Cabot Sharp Light Cheddar (50%) 0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 4 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland (1 tbsp=3tsp) 4 oz Boar's Head - Virginia Ham 0.25 cup Milk, 1%
Directions
Mix eggs, egg whites and milk (add salt & pepper to taste). Sauté onions in olive oil then mixed with diced ham. In a large muffin pan (spray with Pam) layer the ham & onion mixture with the cheese. Ladle in the egg mixture (evenly between the 6 muffin cups. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes. Serving Size: 6
