Quinoa Pilaf

Ingredients
0.25 cup Quinoa (Bob's Red Mill, Golden) .5 serving Sauteed Onion .5 cup Chicken Broth (College Inn, Fat Free & Lower Sodium) 1 clove Garlic
Directions
Saute onion until translucent, add garlic and cook for 1 more minute

add quinoa and brown for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly

add chicken broth and bring to a boil, add salt and pepper for taste if desired

once at a boil, cover and reduce to simmer. cook for 15-20 minutes until all broth has been absorbed
