2 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained 2 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g .5 fl oz Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Parsley 2 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Olive Oil
