Ingredients
1 Box Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake dry mix 2 cup Whipped Cream, pressurized 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Zest 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice1.55 tbsp, unsifted Powdered Sugar
Directions
Mix and Fold in first 4 ingredients. Put about 1/2 cup of powdered sugar in separate bowl. (Measurement in ingredient list for calorie count) Scoop cookie batter in ice cream scooper and put in powdered sugar and roll to cover all sides. Put on parchment paper on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes Optional : you may add white chocolate chips to this and it is very good, adjust calorie intake however. With 1/2 cup White chocolate chips in batter add 9 calories per cookie. Serving Size: 24 Cookies
