16.0 oz Kirkland Perdue Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Pepper, black1.0 cup Kroger Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded1.0 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar1.0 tbsp dry buttermilk8.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded4.0 tbsp Cream Cheese8.0 tbsp Sour Cream1.0 tsp Dill weed, dried3.0 tsp Gourmet Garden Chives3.0 tsp Garlic5.0 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Corn Tortillas
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces add salt & pepper. Set aside. Add everything but the cheese and tortillas, mix well. Pour 1/4 cup of sauce in bottom of an 8x8 dish. Add chicken to the ranch mix and mix well. Cut tortillas in quarters. Layer tortillas, chicken, and cheese. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
