Hemp Seed Protein Bars

Ingredients
1 cup Honey 1 cup Almond Butter 1 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 cup, slivered Almonds toasted1 cup Sunflower Seeds 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted) 1 cup Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 3 cup Quinoa puffed cereal 1/4 cup coconut flour,1/4 cup Sesame Seeds toasted
Directions
Over medium heat, stir together honey and almond butter - bring to boil. When heated through, add remaining ingredients, stirring well. Spread into a 9 X 13 pan or cookie sheet with parchment paper and press in hard to firm them up. Refrigerate and cut into 48 bars when cool.
