0.75 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 0.75 cup, thawed Strawberries, frozen, sweetened 0.5 cup, chopped Cranberries 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 serving Dannon Activia Vanilla Yogurt, 4 oz. 0.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 8 oz Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice, no sugar added 100% juice 1 tbsp Honey

Add all ingredients into blender and blend until desired consistency
