Beans, Quinoa and Andouille Chicken Sausage

Ingredients
4 serving Open Nature Chicken Andouille Sausage (1 link) 3 serving Beans, Kidney beans dark red 3 serv can 1 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
Directions
Saute the sausage, onions, garlic and red pepper together.
Add 2 tbsp cumin and 1 tbsp chili powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the quinoa separately and add the rinsed beans and quinoa together and simmer 15 - 20 minutes.
