Ingredients
1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, diced Celery, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup diced Potato, raw 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 clove Garlic .5 tbsp Basil .5 tbsp Parsley, dried 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Rosemary, dried 6 serving Ragu Sauce 4 cup Broth, Chicken - Kitchen Basics Chicken Cooking Stock Unsalted (1 serving 240 ml/ 1 cup) (by MIKEGINA) 4 serving Barilla Ditalini (by PAWS120)
Directions
In a large stock pot place all vegetables , spice and Olive Oil, saute until soft, about 15 minutes, stirring. Add stock and sauce and simmer 15 minutes. Add Pasta and boil 5 minutes more. serve with grated parmagiana cheese.
