JC Protein Packed Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients
0.75 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa Inca Red, 1/4 cup dry, 3/4 cup cooked 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .75 cup Bush's, Black Beans .75 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 9 tbsp *Pace Chunky Salsa - Medium 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
Directions
Bring quinoa and water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer until tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed, 15 to 20 min.
Fluff with a fork.
Add quinoa to a serving bowl.
Cook egg over medium heat until done.
Top quinoa with black beans, corn salsa, and egg.
