Ingredients
1.0 cup Sour Cream0.5 cup Salsa1.0 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned4.0 serving Brown rice (1 cup cooked)1.0 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese4.0 serving Sonic Green Chiles3.5 serving Bushs Black Beans1.0 serving Chicken Out 1/4 Dark Chicken Thigh and Leg (no skin)
Directions
Cook rice to package instructions. Combine 1/2 cup of cheese and rest of ingredients. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cover with remaining cheese and bake another 5 minutes till cheese melts. Serving Size: 4 servings
