0.25 cup Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) Per 1/4 cup (about 2 whites)2.0 cup, halves Pecans3.0 tbsp Cinnamon, ground1.0 tsp Salt
Directions
Beat eggs until frothy. Add pecans and all other ingredients. Place on parchment paper Bake 325 for 20 minutes.
