Cream of Wheat Bread

Ingredients
1 cup Farina Cereal 1 cup Organic All-Purpose White Flour 1 tsp Salt .25 cup Granulated Sugar 4 tsp Baking Powder 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A .25 cup Canola Oil
Directions
Whisk all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix in all wet ingredients just until incorporated. Do not over mix. Pour into a 5 x 9 cake pan, sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
