428.30 Kale, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt (1 lb)2 large Onions, raw 7 oz Smoked sausage 16 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 10 tsp Chicken Bouillon "Better than Bouillon" 1 tsp=1serving 1360 grams Potato, raw 2 tsp Salt
Stirfry olive oil and onion 3 min. till soft. Add chopped sausage (I like Sam's Choice Smoked Country Sausage). Stirfry 5 more min. on med. Meanwhile, peel potatoes, quarter, and slice thinly. Chop kale and remove tough stems if desired. Add 8 c. water and 8 tsp. better than bouillion, or 8 c. chicken boullion. Add pototes and kale. Bring to boil, then simmer at least 30 min.
