Mandi's Homemade Sandwich Buns

Ingredients
4 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Unbleached White Flour (by VLBARC) 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 serving Coconut Oil Organic Virgin (1 TBLS), Trader Joe's 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving McCann's Steel-Cut Irish Oatmeal (1/4 cup dry) 1 cup Milk, 3.25% 1 serving Active Yeast 1 packet (Fleishman's) (by CHYNADAHLL) 2 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt, Morton (by DJARTIST)
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Knead until smooth. If too dry, add a tablespoon of warm water. Let rise until double. Shape into roll. Slice roll into 12 pieces. Place in low sided baking sheet. Let rise again. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until just browned. Tip onto rack to cool. Slice horizontally for sandwiches.
