1 cup okra, Pictsweet frozen cut okra 8 gram Better Body Foods Organic Coconut Flour (by TWOCHICSENL) .25 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup .5 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp. 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .5 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil
Beat egg in larger bowl; add okra and toss, then add flours, toss more. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pan "fry" in coconut oil til browned.
