0.25 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened4.0 tbsp Andes mint chips0.75 tsp Vanilla Extract2.5 fl oz Water, tap3.0 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
Directions
Mix cocoa, mint chips, and water over medium heat stirring often until boiling. Add vanilla and milk. Heat until desired temperature.
