4 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 2/3 c Welch's 100% Apple Juice Concentrate, thawed1 tbsp Cornstarch 4 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 cup water
1. Combine cocoa and cornstarch in a small saucepan. Slowly add the water, stirring to make a smooth paste. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly.
2. Add apple juice and vanilla. Continue cooking, stirring constantly until thickened, about 5 minutes.
3. Pour into a fondue pot to keep warm. Dip fresh fruit into chocolate and enjoy!
Tip: This recipe also great with bananas, strawberries, pineapple chunks, apples, and other fresh fruit.
