1/2 cup canned pumpkin3/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk or any nut milk1 tbsp. chia seeds (I used white) 1 tbsp Maple Syrup 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 Medjool date 3 black mission figs 2-3 tbsp. chopped Pecans
Combine first seven ingredients and whisk together. Let stand about 30-60 minutes. Top with chopped date, figs, and pecans. Enjoy.
