Falafel Sauce

Ingredients
5 tbsp of tahini1/2 cup of water (this can vary)1 tsp. olive oil1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. cumin
Directions
I learned this recipe for falafel sauce from my Syrian family. It is not exact. You may need to add more water. When you first mix it it with the tahini, the tahini will thicken. Continue to add water until it is like a sauce. My husband told me that the sauce should be thinner rather than thicker. Then add salt and cumin for taste.
