Ingredients
2.0 tsp Purity Farms Organic Ghee / Clarified Butter 1 tsp/5g=1serv2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw1.0 clove Garlic32.0 oz Beef chuck, arm pot roast2.0 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon2.0 glass (3.5 fl oz) Red Wine1.0 serving Pacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1 cup4.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh0.5 cup Sour Cream4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.3 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup1.0 tsp Salt2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
Directions
Saute onion, garlic, beef, and mushrooms in ghee. Add liquid ingredients and simmer about 1/2 hour Mix egg, milk, salt, and flour. Boil in water for Spaetzle noodles Serve with Spaetzle, sour cream, and parsely. Salt & pepper to taste.
