Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
6 Roma tomatoes3 Slices good white bread, crusts removed1/2 cup pitted black Kakamata olives3/4 Cup Fresh Parmesan cheese, grated5 Basil Leaves, roughly chopped.5 Sage Leaves, roughly chopped.1 Tbs. Olive oil
Directions
Halve tomatoes, scoop out seeds
In food processor pulse bread slices into crumbs, add olives, Parmesan cheese, basil and sage. Pulse a few more times. Stuff tomato halves. Place on baking sheet and broil on upper rack for 5 minutes on high. Move to lower rack and broil 5 more minutes.
