Homemade Chicken Soup

Ingredients
40 grams Onions, raw 38 grams Carrots, raw 4 grams Garlic 47 grams Celery, raw 150 grams Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 100 grams Cauliflower, raw 960 gram(s) Homemade Chicken Broth Spices: black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, and salt. Feel free to use whichever combo you like.
Directions
Heat chicken broth to a gentle simmer. While this is heating, prepare veggies.

On medium heat, saute first four ingredients until veggies are tender but not overcooked, stirring every now and then to prevent burning. Once done, add to simmering pot.

Add diced chicken and cauliflower to same pan and saute using same flavoring from previous veggies. Do not over cook. Add to simmering soup.

Allow to simmer until desired veggie tenderness. Spices added include, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, and salt to desired taste. Added salt is not included in overall total for recipe because again, it depends on personal palate.
