1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 5 grams Raisins 20 gram(s) Lidl Linessa Cream Cheese light, 0.2% fat (by MHERMANNSEN) 25 gram(s) telia nounou/fresh cream (by GEORGIA1959) 26 gram Six Star Fit Protein Isolate French Vanilla protein powder 2 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener 1 tsp Konjac Glucomannan Powder (by CARVERWAITS) 2 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain
Mix some stevia,light cream, half the greek yogurt, 2 tbs water, protein powder and half the glucomannan. Form into a dough. Spread it. It should be a thin square. Chop the raisins and add much cinnamon. Spread it all over. Add sweetener to taste. Roll. Cut into 4 small rolls. Put it in a 10 cm mold and bake for 20 min at 180. Mix remaining yogurt and cream cheese. Boil 6 tbsp water. Add stevia. Dissolve glucomannan in some water and pour on top. Mix well. Remove hot rolls. Pour the "syrup" on top. Add the cream cheese-yogurt topping.
