0.5 cup avocados1.0 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked1.0 cup Cooked Onion1.0 serving Cheese - Swiss Cheese - Sargento 2.0 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes2.0 slice, small (2" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4") Bread, french or vienna (includes sourdough)
Directions
Grilled mushrooms and onions until done, toast sourdough bread, slice fresh Tomato, melt cheese onto bread, and grilled veggies, and tomato. Serve hot!
