2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) 2.5 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper .5 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 2 tbsp Parsley

Cut up ever thing add to large bowl mix well. Separate into smaller bowls store in fridge to ready to eat
